Land Development

Pacific Union Land Company has delivered complex projects with a wide variety of density and land use designations. We take pride in our keen ability to identify and manage teams of engineering and design professionals to create superior communities.

As a land developer, PULC has entitled, developed and sold master planned communities throughout California, totaling nearly 3,500 lots between 1999 and 2006. An additional 1,000 lots have been entitled and sold to merchant homebuilders, bringing total lot deliveries to over 4,500. In the course of completing these projects, PULC has, among other things, led a consortium of developers to build a new wastewater treatment plant, excavated under major freeways and thoroughfares, established a refuge and endowment for protected species, successfully sponsored and led political initiatives, and commissioned major water, sewer and environmental studies in order to secure entitlements.
